What you will do

• Lead and schedule a team of approximately 30 Autonomous GSE Operators across two shifts.
• Monitor real-time fleet performance and intervene when safety or equipment performance deviates from standards.
• Lead investigations of safety incidents and near-misses, producing reports with root causes and corrective actions.
• Manage daily and weekly operational reporting for the leadership team.
• Serve as the operational liaison with ramp and bag room leadership to coordinate flight schedules and baggage flow.
• Coordinate fleet availability and triage repairs with maintenance partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Must be able to pass federal background checks and maintain an airport security badge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in standard office software for reporting and team management.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in aviation, airport, or airside operations.
• Familiarity with autonomous systems or autonomous vehicle operations.
