What you will do

• Assist with logistical planning and execution of virtual webinars and in-person trade shows, including vendor coordination.
• Support the development and deployment of digital ad campaigns and ensure proper tracking.
• Coordinate the readiness of marketing assets like banners, emails, and landing pages.
• Manage and track leads generated from events and campaigns to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to post-event and campaign reporting through data gathering and performance analysis.
• Participate in team meetings to improve marketing processes and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Available for a 20-week full-time or part-time internship from July to December 2026.
• Ability to work from the Sydney office 3-5 days a week.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Previous academic or professional experience with event coordination or digital campaign support.
• Understanding of lead tracking and CRM systems.
