What you will do

• Plan and execute owned events, roundtables, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and drive sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Lead strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with technology ecosystem partners.
• Ensure end-to-end execution by coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and tracking leads and budget.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ANZ field marketing, event management, or a related role.
• Experienced in working on all marketing pillars – acquisition, expansion, and foundational.
• Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, analytics).
• Creative mindset to drive innovative event experiences.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• A proactive, self-directed mindset.
• Creative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity within a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel across ANZ for key events and field initiatives, as needed (up to 25%).
• Familiarity with product-led go-to-market motions.
• Experience at a growth-stage tech/AI-native company.
