What you will do

  • Plan and optimize integrated digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, SEO, and content syndication.
  • Design and operationalize 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM/ABX programs for strategic enterprise accounts in the ANZ region.
  • Develop value proposition messaging and tailored content assets for key buyer personas in the APAC market.
  • Partner with Sales, SDRs, and RevOps to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and expand existing accounts.
  • Manage campaign budgets and report on performance metrics including CPL, MQL, and CAC.
  • Collaborate with global teams to adapt global programs for regional relevance and compliance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in ABM or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of scaling ABM programs with measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Hands-on expertise in paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads), email marketing, and SEO.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B technology, SaaS, or cloud sectors.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, 6sense/Demandbase, and GA4/Tableau.
  • Strong copywriting skills to translate technical solutions into executive-level narratives.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the ANZ or APAC regional marketing landscape.
  • Familiarity with intent data providers like Bombora or G2 Buyer Intent.
  • Experience with ABX tools such as Mutiny, Uberflip, or Pathfactory.
  • Background in managing or mentoring junior marketers or agencies.
