Campaigns Manager (Growth Marketing): Managing end-to-end execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline growth across the APJ region with an accent on demand generation and market leadership. Focus on developing region-specific strategies, optimizing MQLs and conversion rates, and localizing global marketing resources.

What you will do

  • Build and execute full-funnel campaign strategies across email, paid digital, lifecycle, and events for all APJ market segments.
  • Develop region-specific demand generation campaigns for early stage, growth, commercial, and emerging markets.
  • Track and optimize key performance metrics including MQLs, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with US-based marketing and Product Marketing teams to localize and adapt global content for regional markets.
  • Manage sponsorship media buys and support regional event and field marketing efforts.
  • Integrate AI into workflows to improve brief quality, iteration speed, and personalization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of owning integrated programs from brief through to execution and results.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with self-serve analytics tools such as Tableau.
  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia for a hybrid work arrangement.
