What you will do

• Draft, negotiate, and administer complex contracts including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs for technology and SaaS services.
• Manage legal operations globally, partnering with functional areas and external counsel to ensure policy and industry compliance.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments in life sciences and incorporate findings into transactional practices.
• Implement and oversee contract management software for prioritization, execution, and reporting.
• Train internal stakeholders on AI, data privacy, and security regulations.
• Research novel legal issues and maintain corporate records.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• In-house corporate law experience within Technology, Software, or Clinical Trial Development/Life Sciences.
• Expertise in AI regulations, data privacy law, employment law, and intellectual property.
• Experience redlining and negotiating contracts using AI technology.
• Strong ability to manage a high volume of work and shifting priorities in a high-stress environment.
• Proficiency with legal tools such as Thomson Reuters Practical Law CoCounsel and LinkSquares.
