What you will do

• Lead and monitor the ability to meet scope, schedule, and delivery requirements for the Veterans Affairs business unit.
• Represent the product management practice in planning sessions, advocating for optimal solutions and communicating tradeoffs.
• Mentor individuals within the business unit, providing constructive feedback to support development and innovation.
• Define the vision and strategy for products and identify growth areas for programs or portfolios of work.
• Manage releases and dependencies for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Project and Program Managers to ensure the delivery of required scope and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of professional experience (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience directing assignments for cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing releases and dependencies.
• Experience implementing Agile at scale.
• Must be based in the United States.
