Technical Delivery Lead

Technical Delivery Lead: Drive execution of product implementations and technical solutions for public sector clients with an accent on customer leadership, end-to-end delivery ownership, and cross-functional team management. Location: Must be a US Citizen per contract requirements; ability to obtain and maintain government Secret security clearance; candidates local to the DC-Maryland-Virginia (DMV) area highly preferred; up to 20% travel for non-local candidates.

What you will do

• Serve as primary customer contact, leading meetings, briefings, and building trusted relationships.
• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple engagements, managing timelines, scope, quality, and risks.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and alignment between requirements and implementation.
• Provide technical guidance, review designs, and ensure solutions align with product strategy.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Track metrics, report status, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years in software delivery, technical project management, or engineering leadership.
• Must be a US Citizen; ability to obtain government Secret security clearance.
• Strong technical background in software engineering or systems architecture.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and customer-facing work with enterprise clients.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organization skills.
• Experience with public sector software implementations.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise SaaS products.
• Working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Background in consulting or implementation services.
• Hands-on experience in relevant technology stack.
• Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) software implementations.
