What you will do

• Oversee hirify.global’s responsibilities for TMNA (Toyota and Lexus) and Toyota Financial Services across multiple tiers.
• Guide teams in enabling best-in-class marketing strategies to reach target audiences with precision and optimize the customer journey.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers and executive clients to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic initiatives to impact client business and drive agency revenue and profitability.
• Manage, coach, and mentor talent, setting high standards for quality and professional development.
• Ensure delivery roadmaps are aligned with the client's business needs and strategic direction.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience managing clients in performance marketing.
• Experience in advertising, CRM, precision marketing, or digital consulting.
• Proven track record of successful financial business growth and managing multi-client services teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring qualities.
• Experience with Automotive OEMs (Tiers 1, 2, and 3) is highly desired.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
