Salary: $150,000 - $186,000 per year (Base)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable functional and test frameworks for integration and subsystem testing across the organization.
• Lead feature-level testing by defining test strategies and driving the transition from manual testing to robust automation.
• Partner with framework users to continuously refine tools, improving reliability, usability, and engineering efficiency.
• Explore and implement AI tools to accelerate the testing process and increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an SDET with proven skills in building automation frameworks for cloud and mobile applications from scratch.
• Strong proficiency with Python, Kotlin, Git, and Buildkite.
• Experience building functional and performance automated tests for backend cloud applications.
• Ability to independently define and implement new tools and processes from inception to completion.

Nice to have

• Experience in implementing AI tools in the testing domain.
