What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and tools to support developer enablement and quality assurance.
• Build automation solutions to streamline the SDLC, including test data generation and deployment pipelines.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD workflows to ensure rapid feedback and seamless deployments.
• Identify and resolve technical debt by modernizing legacy automation systems.
• Implement robust test automation strategies for functional, integration, and end-to-end tests focusing on SOA and microservices.
• Track and improve delivery performance using DORA metrics.

Requirements

• Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
• Deep understanding of service integration, contract testing, and system reliability testing.
• Demonstrated success in improving DORA metrics across engineering teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS and cloud-native platforms.
• Familiarity with software cataloging tools like Backstage or SonarQube.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with build tools such as Maven, Gradle, Bazel, npm, or Yarn.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps principles.
