What you will do

• Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web applications, APIs, and database layers.
• Define and evolve comprehensive automation, regression, and performance testing strategies.
• Lead QA efforts across scrum teams, managing risk and ensuring release readiness.
• Mentor and develop QA engineers through hands-on guidance and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot complex defects and drive root cause analysis for long-term quality improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering in B2B SaaS
• 3+ years of test automation experience (e.g., Katalon, Playwright, Selenium)
• Experience with performance testing (e.g., Jmeter, NeLoad, LoadRunner)
• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, Python, SmartBear)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Nice to have

• Experience leading or mentoring Quality Engineers
• Prior experience with AI-enabled QA technologies
