• Architect, design, and implement test systems and methods for embedded software on oximetry and anesthesia monitoring platforms.
• Lead software verification and validation of system requirements to ensure traceability and testability.
• Collaborate with embedded software and system engineers to understand functionality and testing needs.
• Document test results and work with developers to resolve defects and improve performance.
• Apply test standards and processes throughout the embedded system development life cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience with test system development, implementation, and manual testing.
• Proven experience with automated tests integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with C, C#, and Python.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations (FDA, MDR) and IEC 62304.
• Experience with static code and code coverage analysis tools.
• Knowledge of AI techniques for rapid test development.
• Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Polarion, and Gitlab.
