What you will do

• Lead content strategy across major product areas, aligning user needs with business, product, and clinical objectives.
• Define content standards, voice/tone systems, and scalable frameworks organization-wide.
• Design conversation flows for AI chatbots and virtual assistants, including intents, dialogue, error handling, and escalations.
• Partner with AI, clinical, legal, and engineering teams to build safe generative AI communication frameworks.
• Establish governance for AI-generated content with evaluation criteria and feedback loops.
• Craft UX copy for complex mobile/web healthcare journeys and facilitate cross-functional workshops.

Requirements

• 8–10 years in content design, UX writing, or related fields
• Proven expertise in conversation design for AI/chatbots, including dialogue flows and intents
• Working knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, prompt design, and risks in regulated contexts
• Strong portfolio showing UX writing, content strategy, and system-level thinking
• Deep UX principles, accessibility, information architecture knowledge
• Proficiency in Figma, Agile/Scrum; exceptional writing/editing skills
• Bachelor’s in Communications, English, Journalism, or equivalent
