Salary: $120,000-$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with marketing and community teams to translate brand initiatives into compelling multi-channel campaigns.
• Lead vision and execution of web and digital experiences with user-centered UI/UX design.
• Shape visual direction of digital interfaces, motion, interactive content, and evolving design systems.
• Collaborate with developers to build responsive, high-performing digital products.
• Oversee digital workflows, production, and asset management for efficiency and brand consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years in design with portfolio of web/platform design; 5+ years in B2B marketing for digital audiences
• Expertise in UI/UX workflows and prototyping tools
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Deep knowledge of responsive design, WordPress, front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/JS), WCAG
• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro), CMS strategy, interactive tools
