Salary: $100,000 - $109,000

What you will do
- Deliver design artifacts including sketches, prototypes, wireframes, UX flows, and high-fidelity visuals compliant with accessibility standards.
- Lead human-centered design processes, competitive analyses, and accessibility tasks like 508 compliance.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to define goals, mitigate risks, and meet delivery requirements.
- Develop storytelling skills for compelling presentations and contribute to design libraries with visual and brand assets.
- Mentor designers with actionable feedback and build relationships across teams and program management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Progressive experience with design principles, software like Figma, Miro, Adobe, and understanding of business impact.
- Policy and guidance support for Section 508/WCAG compliance; SME on accessibility tools/techniques.
- Experience designing test cases/plans and navigating ambiguous requirements.
- US work authorization eligible for federal projects
