What you will do

• Conduct technical discovery, contribute to architecture discussions, and build proof-of-concept (POC) implementations.
• Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to create compelling technical value propositions.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations, workshops, and proposals to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Manage RFPs and translate client requirements into sound technical solutions.
• Relay customer feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams to influence product direction.
• Mentor junior team members and improve internal SE tools and shared resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or systems architecture in a customer-facing role.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, cloud architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability to document POC engagements and build credibility with technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as PII, PCI, or HIPAA.
