Salary: $59,000–$71,000 CAD (Annual base salary plus discretionary performance bonus).

What you will do

• Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities with local organizations and events to drive user growth.
• Analyze regional market trends and user data to inform and adjust business development strategies.
• Perform outbound sales calls and emails to support acquisition and retention targets.
• Coordinate and host client events to demonstrate value and build strong business relationships.
• Present on personal finance and investing basics to prospective and current clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements

• University degree in finance, business administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment.
