What you will do

• Execute logistics for tradeshows, roadshows, and internal events in alignment with established objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed run-of-show (RKO) documents to ensure operational accuracy.
• Coordinate venue logistics, AV setup, BEO requirements, and shipping timelines.
• Partner with Sales, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to align event goals and staffing.
• Manage day-to-day communication and delivery with external vendors, agencies, and venues.
• Track event budgets and expenses to ensure adherence to approved financial limits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event operations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale events with complex operational requirements.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Asana, CVENT, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% for on-site event execution.
