What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution of event logistics for conferences, tradeshows, and owned programming, including venue sourcing and vendor management.
• Activate integrated marketing campaign messaging and content across regional field programs.
• Manage invitations, registration tracking, and attendee communications to ensure a seamless experience.
• Coordinate event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain team alignment.
• Track event performance metrics, including meetings booked, pipeline generated, and overall ROI.
• Contribute to improving and scaling event processes as the company grows.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event management, ideally in B2B or tech.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo).
• Experience with direct mail tools and event management platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite).
• Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
