What you will do

• Lead the global event portfolio from ideation to post-event analytics to ensure tangible business results.
• Source unique venues and design "out-of-the-box" session rooms and floorplans to facilitate connection.
• Architect the end-to-end attendee journey, including registration site builds, mobile apps, and onsite access control.
• Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors while managing deliverables and post-event performance summaries.
• Serve as the lead liaison for AV and IT partners to oversee technical production and high-level requirements.
• Manage onsite operations for assigned events, including setup, execution, and tear-down.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in event, sponsorship, or marketing management within a corporate or tech environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects using structured frameworks for budgets and timelines.
• Expertise in registration management, supplier negotiation, and hospitality-level customer service.
• Advanced proficiency with event tech platforms (e.g., Swoogo), Google Suite, and Slack.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20-30% for onsite execution and site visits.
