Location: 100% Remote - Must be a permanent resident of the United States
Salary: $35,000 – $65,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage lead capture codes and Salesforce campaigns.
- Develop landing pages and email campaigns for trade shows and hosted events.
- Coordinate vendors, track budgets, and document expenses.
- Oversee project workflows using ClickUp for cross-department collaboration.
- Generate and execute ideas to increase attendance and engagement at events.
- Create presentations, Canva graphics, and written communication materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent experience.
- Strong multimedia communication skills and attention to brand consistency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Permanent residency in the United States is required to obtain and retain employment.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Zuddl, or iCapture.
