Location: 100% Remote - Must be a permanent resident of the United States

Salary: $35,000 – $65,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage lead capture codes and Salesforce campaigns.
• Develop landing pages and email campaigns for trade shows and hosted events.
• Coordinate vendors, track budgets, and document expenses.
• Oversee project workflows using ClickUp for cross-department collaboration.
• Generate and execute ideas to increase attendance and engagement at events.
• Create presentations, Canva graphics, and written communication materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent experience.
• Strong multimedia communication skills and attention to brand consistency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Permanent residency in the United States is required to obtain and retain employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Zuddl, or iCapture.
