What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM, Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and G&A roles.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through social media and industry platforms.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Own and optimize TA operations, including ATS/CRM management and reporting dashboards.
  • Analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) to inform business hiring strategies.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion to build a diverse global workforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in the technology sector.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and various sourcing techniques.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to utilize recruitment data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Lever is a plus.
