Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR/Tech): Managing the full technical recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles in Slovenia and other hubs with an accent on strategic sourcing and leadership partnering. Focus on identifying top-tier passive talent in Software Engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps and optimizing interview processes for a seamless candidate experience.
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office in Ljubljana, Slovenia)

What you will do
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle for complex technical roles, including Software Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, and Product.
- Execute strategic sourcing using Boolean searches and X-raying across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Partner with engineering leadership to optimize interview processes and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and regional market trends to inform and measure hiring strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruitment.
- Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience working within international, multicultural teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work from the Ljubljana office 3 days per week.
