Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office in Ljubljana, Slovenia)

What you will do

• Manage the full hiring lifecycle for complex technical roles, including Software Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, and Product.
• Execute strategic sourcing using Boolean searches and X-raying across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• Partner with engineering leadership to optimize interview processes and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and regional market trends to inform and measure hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical recruitment.
• Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience working within international, multicultural teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work from the Ljubljana office 3 days per week.
