Salary: $46,530 – $63,975

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair gaming machines, kiosks, ATMs, and related systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
• Serve as the primary on-site technical contact for customers and casino staff.
• Execute installations, site surveys, and system upgrades.
• Manage hardware, software, and network-related issues using established procedures.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts and complete service documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (technical/vocational training preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in field service, preferably with gaming or ATM equipment.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely operate technical tools.
