What you will do

• Define and execute overall Developer Relations strategy for the Creator Platform.
• Stand up and manage formal programs including community engagement and outreach.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen creator engagement and attract new developers to the ecosystem.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators and server owners as a trusted advocate.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Developer Advocacy teams to capture and action community feedback.
• Monitor community sentiment, ecosystem health, and DevRel metrics; report to leadership.
• Coordinate with Community Management for aligned messaging and strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Developer Relations, Creator Success, partner management, or related field in technology or video games.
• Experience standing up or maturing developer/creator programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of creator platforms, UGC products, developer tools, marketplaces, digital economies, or live-service games.
• Proven leadership and people management skills; ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Strong problem-solving to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to translate community insights into actionable recommendations.
• Comfort managing technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong organizational skills for distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Deep familiarity with FiveM/RedM ecosystem or similar modding/UGC communities.
• Experience in Creator Platforms or two-sided marketplaces.
• Scaling Developer Relations or Evangelism programs from early stage.
• Familiarity with UGC ecosystems, game modding, and broader creator economy.
• Experience managing or moderating large online communities.
