What you will do
- Design, implement, and continuously improve talent management programs and processes.
- Build a connected talent ecosystem linking goal setting, feedback, performance management, talent reviews, and development.
- Create scalable tools, resources, and experiences that support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to strengthen a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous feedback.
- Use talent data, insights, and emerging technology (including AI-enabled HR capabilities) to enhance talent practices.
- Lead change management and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption and effectiveness across talent programs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, HR programs, HR business partnership, or a related field.
- Experience designing and managing talent programs, including performance management, talent reviews, and employee development initiatives.
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience using talent data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled HR technologies and curiosity about applying new tools to improve employee and manager experiences.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
