What you will do

  • Integrate category strategies into local media plans for Nestlé, impacting investment allocation across diverse UK brands.
  • Develop cutting-edge communication plans and strategic guidance to redefine industry best practices.
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with the UK Nestlé Category team as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team, including an Associate Director, Manager, and Planner.
  • Collaborate with a network of specialists and OpenMind leadership to ensure best-in-class execution.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in multimedia planning.
  • Proven track record of managing senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Data literacy with the ability to turn data into actionable strategic insights.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to voice opinions clearly and positively.
  • Team management skills, including workload coordination and clear communication.
