TL;DR
Senior Marketing Associate (Fintech): Support Regional Marketing Manager in executing EMEA marketing strategy and integrated campaigns for diaspora and expat audiences with an accent on local media landscape, community building, and growth initiatives. Focus on planning OOH, digital, paid social, influencer programs, and scaling community marketing efforts.
Location: Hybrid role (2-3 days a week) based in our London office.

What you will do
- Shape and execute EMEA marketing strategy, collaborating with Business Management, Creative, Legal, and Media teams on plans, briefs, and executions for diaspora audiences.
- Plan and activate integrated campaigns across OOH, digital, paid social, radio, and sponsorships with performance and digital teams.
- Build and scale community marketing programs, identifying partnerships, ambassadors, and grassroots activations.
- Manage influencer and creator programs with agencies, handling briefs, content, and reporting.
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple campaigns and partners, ensuring on-time, on-brief, on-budget execution.
- Track brand performance metrics with analytics teams and optimize marketing budgets.
Requirements
- 5-6+ years marketing experience in EMEA with strong knowledge of local media, agency, and publisher landscape.
- Proven campaign planning across traditional (OOH, radio, sponsorships) and digital channels, from brief to reporting.
- Strong project management skills, organized and detail-oriented for multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Experience with community marketing, ambassador programs, diaspora audiences, influencer partnerships, and events.
- Comfort as primary in-market lead, collaborating across time zones.
- Hybrid role based in London office (2-3 days/week).
