What you will do

• Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and enhancement of electro-mechanical systems to optimize products.
• Lead multiple programs, overseeing deliverables, budgeting, software development, and verification testing.
• Design and implement software and procedures to control and enhance mechatronic device performance.
• Prototype mechatronic devices utilizing motors, solenoids, gears, sensors, and springs.
• Identify and resolve product weaknesses in finished products to improve system quality.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Extensive experience in embedded systems and their application in machine operations.
• Significant experience using MATLAB/Simulink for software development.
• Proficiency with software tools including Git, CANalyzer, CANape, and software debuggers.
• Deep knowledge of hydraulics, controls, and CAN/J1939 communication protocols.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite at the Mossville, IL office.
