Salary: $128,000 – $189,000

What you will do
- Lead cross-regional engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions for C-level community platforms.
- Execute the conference platform integration roadmap and influence the overall technology direction.
- Strengthen SDLC rigor and platform architecture, embedding responsible AI practices into enterprise solutions.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to align technology solutions with strategic organizational priorities.
- Drive a quality-first culture leveraging AI-powered practices to improve system reliability and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based near Irving, TX or Stamford, CT to support a hybrid work environment.
- 12–15 years of experience in software engineering, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong execution background in enterprise platform integrations and cloud architecture (AWS).
- Expertise in .NET, Java, or Ruby, and building API-centric and event-driven platforms.
- Experience leveraging AI features to improve digital user engagement and attendee experiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
