Location: Fully remote in USA; hybrid option (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office) if living near offices. Willingness to travel 2-3 times per year to offices and other locations.
Salary: $170,000 – $195,000

What you will do
- Execute product security strategy including threat modeling, design reviews, testing, supply chain protections, and production controls for AWS, APIs, mobile, and AI features.
- Build and lead security engineering team, defining roles, coaching for autonomy, hiring talent, and fostering ownership culture.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to integrate security into developer workflows, set standards for AI tools, and measure effectiveness.
- Prioritize risks, translate threats into engineering guidance, and drive reductions in systemic security debt.
Requirements
- 10+ years in application, cloud, or product security with senior leadership
- Expertise in securing SaaS/mobile products, CI/CD, secure coding, supply chain risk, privacy, and SDLC.
- Strong people leadership: hiring, coaching, performance management.
- Stakeholder communication, planning, and execution in fast-paced environments.
- US-based for remote/hybrid; travel 2-3 times/year
