What you will do

• Lead execution across enterprise IT systems, translating strategy into roadmaps and deliverables.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of IT engineers focused on ownership and excellence.
• Evolve identity governance with Okta Workflows, OIG, and lifecycle automation.
• Advance Rippling-to-Okta integration for HR lifecycle events and RBAC controls.
• Design MDM programs with Kandji, Intune, Hexnode for device lifecycle and ITGC.
• Drive SaaS governance in Google Workspace and portfolio to reduce shadow IT risks.
• Build and deploy AI agents for provisioning, triage, and IT orchestration.

Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise IT engineering, systems administration, or infrastructure.
• 3+ years managing technical teams with performance and career development.
• Hands-on with Okta (Workflows, OIG), MDM (Kandji, Intune, Hexnode), SaaS governance.
• Google Workspace administration, directory services, identity integrations.
• HRIS integrations (Rippling) and HR-to-IT workflow automation.
• IT controls for SOC 2 compliance in access, change, operations.
• Automation, scripting, API integrations in enterprise IT.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOC 2, ISO, SOX audit readiness and controls.
• Building AI agents, LLM workflows, AI governance in IT operations.
• Scaling IT in high-growth SaaS or open-source environments.
