What you will do

• Define engineering strategy and technical vision for the Protect platform to lead in accuracy and signal depth.
• Scale and develop high-performing engineering teams delivering world-class products.
• Drive execution excellence for complex initiatives in multi-cloud (AWS/GCP) environments.
• Collaborate with Research, Product, Security, and Executive leadership to align roadmap with business goals.
• Establish architectural and engineering standards for fraud detection at massive scale.

Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering leadership, including 5+ years leading through managers
• Proven track record owning and scaling API-based distributed systems and microservices in production.
• Experience leading large engineering organizations in remote or distributed models.
• Experience with data science infrastructure, ML, and Generative AI implementation.
• Strong technical background with deep AWS or GCP experience.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of authentication, fraud prevention, or voice biometrics.
• Proven ability to develop processes increasing developer productivity.
