TL;DR

Director of Marketing (B2B): Lead North America campaigns across new business and customer growth with an accent on demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle marketing. Focus on defining GTM strategies by segment, optimizing campaign ROI, and aligning cross-functional teams to drive pipeline and revenue.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in the office in Toronto). NOT able to offer sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end strategy for North America campaigns across new business and customer marketing to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Build and execute multi-channel programs for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments to drive pipeline and conversions.
  • Define GTM strategies by industry and audience to penetrate and expand markets.
  • Drive demand generation and ABM programs for high-quality pipeline and high-value accounts.
  • Optimize lifecycle marketing to move prospects and customers through the funnel.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize ROI and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital, Events, PR, and Social teams.
  • Manage agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to execute plans and communicate insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the Toronto office; no sponsorship available.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years of marketing experience with line management.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and segment-based GTM (SMB, mid-market, enterprise).
  • Analytical mindset, cross-functional influence, agency management, and proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation.
