Demand Generation Specialist (Healthcare CX): Execute integrated multi-channel demand generation programs across the full buyer journey with an accent on targeted outreach, digital campaigns, and pipeline-driving plays. Focus on running email nurtures, LinkedIn ads, webinars, personalized landing pages, measuring KPIs, attribution, and optimizing ROI through testing.

Location: Toronto, Canada (in-office four days per week); Canada applicants only; occasional U.S. travel may be required

What you will do

  • Execute full-funnel demand generation programs from awareness to expansion.
  • Run multi-channel campaigns using email (Pardot), Demandbase, LinkedIn, digital ads, landing pages, webinars, and chat.
  • Develop targeted nurture programs with dynamic content for buyer personas and stages.
  • Own creative briefs, manage feedback, and ensure on-brand assets delivery.
  • Measure KPIs, attribution, ROI; optimize via testing and analysis.
  • Support virtual events and webinars; ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare data guidelines (HIPAA awareness preferred).

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in B2B marketing, ideally Demand Generation
  • Hands-on with Demandbase, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Pardot, Salesforce; plus Webinar platforms (Goldcast), Qualified
  • Familiarity with account-based tactics and full-funnel strategies (paid media, email, content syndication, events)
  • Strong analytical skills for KPIs, attribution reports, data-driven decisions
  • Project management, communication, collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in Toronto in-office four days per week
  • Comfortable with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Otter.ai, Notebook LLM)

Nice to have

  • Certifications in LinkedIn Ad-Manager, Pardot, Demandbase, ABM tools
  • Experience with paid media platforms (Demandbase, 6sense)
  • Knowledge of U.S. healthcare payer landscape, regulations
