TL;DR
VP of Marketing (B2B SaaS): Own the pipeline strategy—leading demand generation, SDR team, and partnership GTM in close collaboration with sales and partnerships with an accent on building and scaling a high-performance B2B SaaS demand engine. Focus on setting targets, optimizing channel mix, driving pipeline outcomes, and fostering tight sales-marketing alignment through experimentation and iterative growth.
Location: 100% remote, open to anyone residing and able to work in Canada (Vancouver, British Columbia base).
Salary: $180-200K base ($230-250K CAD OTE with bonus)

What you will do
- Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets, setting, committing, and being accountable for growth-driving numbers.
- Lead and coach a team of 4 marketers and 5 contractors/agencies, building high-performance systems and talent.
- Manage SDR function: hire, coach, and align inbound/outbound for pipeline targets.
- Co-own partnership GTM with Partnerships team, executing co-marketing for 15% partner-sourced pipeline.
- Drive demand generation across channels, focusing on outcomes not activity, with experimentation and optimization.
- Establish marketing cadence: quarterly planning, budget, weekly reviews, and executive reporting on ROI, attribution, and metrics.
Requirements
- Reside and be able to work in Canada on remote basis.
- 10+ years marketing experience, 5+ years management, leading high-performance teams.
- Proven B2B SaaS demand gen playbook for mid-market/enterprise, owning ICP-focused lead gen targets.
- Strong SaaS metrics knowledge, product marketing, launches, sales alignment, hands-on execution.
- Experience with experimentation, optimization, and building sales-marketing alignment.
