Location: Victoria, British Columbia (Remote, hybrid, or onsite options). Requires 8-hour workday overlap Mon–Fri, 9 AM–2 PM Pacific Time for stand-ups and reviews. Must be Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold valid Canadian work permit for 14+ months.
Salary: $55k to $75k CAD annually

What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads based on fit, interest, engagement, and sales readiness; route and track inquiries.
- Conduct account research on backgrounds, decision-makers, needs, and signals.
- Deliver personalized outreach, create ABM campaigns for high-value accounts and segments.
- Build nurture programs, email sequences, and workflows for buyer journey stages.
- Analyze trends, lead activity, and campaign performance; partner with Sales on standards.
- Maintain CRM data quality, monitor lead flow, and report on inbound quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- 3+ years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or ABM.
- Experience qualifying leads, supporting handoffs, building ABM campaigns and nurtures.
- Strong proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools; audience segmentation, email, workflows, reporting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship skills.
- Canadian Citizen, Permanent Residency, or work permit valid 14+ months from hire.
