Salary: Base $146,000–$164,000 + discretionary performance bonus + RRSP contributions.

What you will do
- Lead team in developing and maintaining digital channels, marketing automation, and sales enablement platforms.
- Own marketing automation roadmap, execute campaigns, create audience segments, and optimize performance using data and AI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and IS to design personalized customer journeys and end-to-end campaign execution.
- Develop lead nurture, re-engagement, and fund launch campaigns; refine lead scoring and best practices.
- Produce reporting, track metrics, leverage analytics for strategies, and scale best practices like A/B testing.
- Act as SME for automation, AI, and digital execution; define requirements and research industry trends.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada.
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Arts, Math, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years in marketing automation (Marketo preferred), 3+ years managing high-performing marketing teams.
- Experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred), sales enablement (Seismic), Adobe Analytics certified.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, creative thinking, communication, multitasking, project management, and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau).
- Advanced knowledge of multi-channel marketing (email, webinars, SEM/SEO, display, social, events).
- Database administration and website personalization tools (Adobe Test and Target).
