What you will do

• Own the planning, execution, reporting, and oversight of Infusion/Specialty growth programs within the portfolio.
• Expand member utilization of contracted Rx, IVIG, Biosimilar, and MedSurg suppliers to maximize value and savings.
• Build and maintain strong foundational relationships with major suppliers and healthcare providers.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the field and remotely to support Regional Managers and Directors of Business Development.
• Analyze relevant data sets to identify insights and secure commitment from stakeholders.
• Manage CRM tracking tools and administrative reports to ensure program accountability and follow-through.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits and legal disclosures).
• Proven experience in Business Analytics, Program/Project Management, and Relationship Management.
• Expertise in supplier contract connection with a major Group Purchasing Organization (GPO).
• Experience managing complex Infusion/Specialty programs to drive organizational growth.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
