TL;DR
Strategic Account Executive 4 - ISV: Lead relationships with growth and mid-market Communications platform customers consuming messaging, voice, and email services, protecting and growing ’s communications business. Focus on driving analytical consultative sales cycles, executing account strategies, and building cross-functional partnerships for revenue, margin, and profit results.
Location: Remote (US only), not eligible to be hired in CT, NJ, NY, WA, PA or surrounding areas of San Francisco, Oakland, or San Jose, CA. Open to candidates outside CA, CO, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, VT, Washington D.C., and WA State for compensation disclosure.
Compensation: $132,192–$183,600 base (location-dependent) + commissions + equity.

What you will do
- Manage and expand key ISV customer accounts to deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and profit results.
- Develop and execute account strategies, partnering with product, finance, support, and services teams.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
- Run disciplined forecasts, achieve goals, and present to executive management.
- Conduct consultative sales cycles focused on deep discovery and championing customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce; stay current with industry best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years sales experience, including 3+ years in major account or strategic sales.
- Expertise in quantitative, analytical products/solutions and relationship management.
- Track record managing forecasts, financial models, and delivering revenue/profit for enterprise customers.
- Comfortable with business/technical leaders; strong verbal/written communication.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- US work eligibility required; located outside excluded states.
Nice to have
- Experience with telecom/CPaaS, SMS aggregators, carriers, or global platforms.
- Domain knowledge in DevOps, Fintech, ad optimization, investment banking, security, or trading.
- SaaS, CPaas, PaaS, or ISV partner selling experience.
