TL;DR

Digital Sales Representative (French/German): Driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics in SaaS identity management with an accent on opportunity creation and positive customer experience. Focus on penetrating new accounts, cross-selling into existing ones, and maximizing revenue using digital tools and the hirify.global sales model.

Hybrid role from either Madrid, Spain or London, UK offices. Working with customers across Switzerland.

What you will do

  • Drive sales growth via proactive outreach, relationship building, and digital sales techniques in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with field sales team (Account Executives, SEs, Channel Partners) to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell.
  • Deliver positive customer experience using hirify.global sales model and achieve pipeline/funnel targets.
  • Prospect using LinkedIn, 6Sense, TechTarget, ZoomInfo; sequence leads and convert to opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Complete onboarding, Challenger Sales Training, and demonstrate prospecting and discovery calls.
  • Progress through milestones: book discovery calls, create opportunities, close deals independently.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both French and German to work with customers across Switzerland.
  • Experience in SaaS opportunity creation and sales.
  • Dynamic with strong communication, organization, persuasion, and digital sales skills.
  • Familiarity with sales tools: Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo.
  • Complete Challenger Sales Training and onboarding coursework.
  • Able to achieve milestones in prospecting, calls, opportunities, and deal closures.
