What you will do

  • Research, prospect, and develop new leads within target accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Field Marketing to create creative programs and events to drive pipeline growth.
  • Utilize a high-end tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator for candidate engagement.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in target accounts.
  • Secure meaningful interactions and qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Achieve quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities and pipeline progression.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English required.
  • Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected questions during conversations.
  • Resilience in the face of objections and a passion for sales processes.
  • Confidence in using or ability to quickly learn programs like Salesforce and LinkedIn.
  • Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
