What you will do

• Design and deliver RWE analyses for biopharma clients to support trial design and outcomes research.
• Extract insights from complex real-world multi-modal molecular and clinical data.
• Establish technical standards for survival analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
• Integrate LLMs and agentic tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) into data analysis and documentation workflows.
• Lead scientific communication through the creation of manuscripts, conference abstracts, and technical reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, product offerings, and analytical best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Data Science, or Public Health.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expert-level proficiency in observational real-world healthcare data and time-to-event methodologies.
• Proficiency in R and SQL, including statistical tools and packages.
• Experience applying ML and LLM-based coding assistants to support scientific workflows.
• Proven track record of leading RWD analytical studies from scoping to publication.

Nice to have

• Experience working within Pharma or drug development and clinical trial design.
• Proficiency with EMR raw/curated data, claims, and registry data.
• Experience analyzing high-dimensional molecular, biomarker, or genomic data.
• Familiarity with NCCN guidelines and oncology standards of care.
• Experience managing large-scale data projects in AWS or GCP.
