Location: Must permanently reside in the US full-time. Hybrid model (3 days/week in office) for candidates in the greater San Francisco area; otherwise remote.

Salary: $162,000–$258,750 + equity

What you will do

• Own and evolve end-to-end demand and supply forecasting for coaching, therapy, and psychiatry services.
• Develop high-accuracy forecasting models to support new product launches and large-scale enterprise partnerships.
• Design measurement frameworks for care journeys and standardize clinical outcome metrics (e.g., PHQ, GAD, PSS).
• Apply causal inference and statistical modeling to evaluate member engagement and long-term outcomes.
• Build and scale data products, forecasting pipelines, and decision-support tools for self-service insights.
• Mentor data scientists and analysts while partnering with executive leadership to align DS strategy with business goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of analytics and data science experience, ideally in Digital Health or high-growth SaaS.
• 6+ years of experience partnering directly with executive and product leadership.
• Proven experience building and deploying forecasting models and optimization solutions in real-world environments.
• 7+ years of expertise in big data technologies such as Redshift, S3, Databricks, and Spark.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Must permanently reside in the US full-time.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, or Statsig for event-based deep dives.
