What you will do
- Provide senior support for measurement and modeling across MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, website analytics, CM360 reporting, and growth journey analytics; lead MTA 2.0 implementation.
- Pressure-test assumptions, validate outputs, and reconcile measurement approaches for trusted decision-making, including privacy-resilient methods.
- Apply ML, statistical modeling, AI, and LLM-based workflows to enhance measurement quality, speed, and scalability.
- Mentor team members on measurement, modeling, and data science; build advanced analytics capability.
- Translate technical outputs into clear language for marketing, finance, and executive audiences; support cross-functional credibility.
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing analytics and measurement, with significant senior experience.
- Deep expertise in MMM, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, website and growth/funnel analytics.
- Hands-on building/leading MMM and MTA models; strong data science foundation in regression, Bayesian methods, time-series, and ML for marketing.
- Applied AI experience in marketing analytics including LLM workflows and modeled conversions.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R); familiarity with GA4, CM360, BI tools.
- eCommerce background required; DTC/subscription and multi-channel preferred; strong cross-functional communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI/LLMs in analytics workflows.
- Knowledge of privacy-resilient measurement (server-side tracking, data clean rooms).
- Familiarity with modern data stack (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt) and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
