What you will do

• Perform installation, decommissioning, rack/stack, and structured cabling for fiber and copper systems.
• Monitor and maintain critical power infrastructure including UPS, PDUs, generators, and ATS switch gear.
• Support cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH) and environmental monitoring to ensure thermal stability.
• Coordinate with vendors to execute maintenance and incident response according to MOPs and change windows.
• Manage hardware logistics, asset inventory, and chain-of-custody documentation via CMDB integration.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and safety standards.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of data center operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Hands-on expertise in rack/stack, cabling, and power/cooling systems.
• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and incident response processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical data center environment.
• Availability to support after-hours maintenance or emergency response activities.
