TL;DR

Global Account Manager (Industrial Services): Driving global business growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and developing techno-commercial offerings across countries and business units with an accent on account planning, customer analysis, and cross-border opportunities. Focus on building multi-level relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing product portfolio through customer feedback and reviews.

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Mannheim, Oberhausen or any hirify.global location within Europe (Partial Remote / Hybrid)

International industrial services provider increasing efficiency and sustainability for process industry customers in energy, chemicals & petrochemicals, pharma & biopharma, and oil & gas.

What you will do

  • Develop value propositions and account plans aligned with growth strategy for strategic global accounts
  • Analyze customer structures, decision processes, investment plans, and competitive positioning
  • Build trusting relationships at multiple levels (Purchasing, Operations, Management) and identify growth opportunities with business units
  • Establish professional account management processes and ensure consistent customer image
  • Contribute to product development and portfolio optimization via customer feedback and surveys
  • Report on sales pipelines and initiatives using Salesforce

Requirements

  • University degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experience in industrial services industry; 3–5 years in Key Account Management preferred
  • Proven experience directing strategic initiatives and projects across geographies and business units
  • Experience leading indirect teams in matrix organization, complex negotiations, and stakeholder management
  • Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
  • International travel required
