What you will do
- Strategically develop and manage international key accounts for hyperscalers, colocation, and neocloud providers.
- Build and maintain long-term C-suite relationships using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Value-Based Selling.
- Co-develop and implement central segment strategies and go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing.
- Establish Customer Value Propositions in coordination with the Solutions Factory and business units.
- Represent the company in industry associations (e.g., DCA UK, GDA, Bitkom) and coordinate lobbying at national and EU levels.
- Build and maintain an internal cross-country community to synchronize data center activities across business units.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Engineering, or a similar field.
- Several years of experience in international key account management or business development, specifically within energy infrastructure and data centers.
- Extensive and growing professional network within the data center market.
- Proven track record in project management and proactive stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of the economic, technical, and legal context of complex energy infrastructure solutions.
- Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Berlin, Munich, or Essen (Hybrid)
