What you will do
- Lead client implementation projects end-to-end, owning timelines, scope, risks, and stakeholder communication from kickoff to go-live
- Build and maintain project plans, status trackers, and documentation; run meetings and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, and customer success
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, building trust, managing requests, and translating feedback into requirements for product and engineering
- Configure client environments, validate setups, and act as product expert for diverse use cases
- Identify process improvements and use AI tools to streamline documentation and updates
- Lead handoffs to account management post go-live with full context and documentation
Requirements
- 4+ years in implementation, project management, or client services with enterprise client ownership
- Track record managing multiple complex implementations in parallel and delivering on time
- Strong communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort with product configuration, admin tooling, and explaining technical concepts
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation habits
- Collaborative with strong ownership; interest in AI tools for efficiency
Nice to have
- SaaS implementations or software integrations, especially enterprise
- Experience supporting sales, demos, or solutioning
- Background in customer success or account management
- Familiarity with Linear or Notion
